Terms of Use
A legally binding agreement between you and Rocket Play Casino. By creating an account or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rocket Play Casino, operated under a licence issued by the Gaming Control Board of Curaçao (GCB). By creating an account or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily, and that you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. We do not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under this age. Australian residents may access the platform as players in accordance with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), which does not prohibit Australian residents from using offshore gambling services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any point and to suspend your account pending verification.
Account Registration and KYC
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Each person is permitted to hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. We are required by our GCB licence and by the principles of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. You must submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and, where required, source of funds documentation within the timeframe specified in our verification request. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal suspension.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without notice. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published in our Banking section. We reserve the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior verification status, where we identify a change in transaction patterns or a regulatory obligation to do so. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless an exception is approved in writing by our compliance team.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and time limits as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as listed in the promotion. Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or collusion will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and account suspension. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus funds are separated from real-money funds and will be applied in accordance with our stated withdrawal sequence.
Responsible Gambling
We are committed to providing tools that help you manage your gambling. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and wagering limits through your account settings. Self-exclusion options are available for periods ranging from six months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to register a new account or access the platform by any means. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to contact Gambling Help Online at 1800 858 858 or visit www.gamblinghelponline.org.au. These tools are consistent with the National Consumer Protection Framework and are available to all registered players at no cost.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the platform to engage in any activity that is fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform. Specifically prohibited conduct includes: using software, bots, or automated systems to place wagers; exploiting software errors or malfunctions for financial gain; using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any activity prohibited under the AML/CTF Act 2006; engaging in collusion with other players; and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities will be treated as fraud and reported to the relevant authorities, including AUSTRAC where applicable.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including software, game assets, graphics, text, and trademarks — is the property of Rocket Play Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Australian law, Rocket Play Casino’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data, arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or any other mandatory provision of Australian law.
Account Closure and Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected] . We will process your request within five business days and return any verified real-money balance to your nominated withdrawal method. We reserve the right to close your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by a regulatory authority, or if we determine that continued operation of your account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or compliance with applicable law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under Australian law. In the event of a dispute, you should contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may refer the matter to the GCB dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with our licence conditions.
Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email to the address registered on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
